Performance Reviews
Conducting company wide performance reviews is hard. We set out to change that for our customers. As a product team, we interviewed countless numbers of HR specialists to learn the pain points of their current process and tooling. After many cycles of iterating on ideas we ended up with an extremely long product roadmap. We split the work into phases, and set out to create our MVP.
My Role
I coordinated the engineering team and served as the lead frontend engineer, collaborating closely with our design team to continuously refine the user experience.
Setup
Using our guided steps, an HR admin can either launch or schedule a review cycle in just a couple quick minutes.
Dashboard
Once launched, the admin can track the progress of the review cycle from the dashboard. From here they can see completion rates, send reminders, and dive into individual reviews as needed.
Competing a form
Completeting a review is simple and straightforward. Users are guided through a series of admin curated questions to provide meaningful feedback.
Template Gallery
To help admins get started quickly, we provide a gallery with a pre-built template that can be used as-is or customized to fit their needs. Using our easy template builder, admins can create custom questions with various answer types including multiple choice, rating scales, and open text responses.
